#Togetherstronger – Photograpy becomes social

Help with your own picture of the devastated populations in the earthquake? E ‘was what we thought all (between colleagues) but luck has it that the dir.artistico of Perugia Social Photo Fest Antonello Turchetti has thought of this idea by realizing it in practice. A round of email immediately after the tragic event of the earthquake “hello Alessio, I plan to do a charity sale for the earthquake-affected populations on August 24, it comes to choosing a picture, a beautiful photograph can sell.” Of course it was a pleasure to look through my pictures the right photograph and could only be the iconic image of my trip to South Dakota: the Cherry Creek area with all the teepees in the background. The funds raised from the sale of the photographs will go to support the Association of Rieti “LA STRADA ONLUS” engaged for years in projects in favor of children and adolescents through interventions also of comic therapy and socio-psychological support. The photos will be printed on Hahnemühle Fine Art Rag Pearl paper (320 gr) in 30 × 40 in one-run for the project #togetherstronger and packed in a special packaging.

These days are starting the photographs (including mine) and I am proud to have participated in this noble initiative doing applaud the great heart of Antonello Turchetti, one of the few people I know to have a special sensitivity in all situations of life.
